You say that your sensor with analog output , analog input , (
meaning the module is to convert your voltage or current value to
digital, then you can calculate the slope of the current form of the
temperature or pressure . )
If you are asked to read the temperature or pressure PLC Plc controller manufacturers values
, you must sensors with analog outputs and analog outputs. So you buy
a simulation module , connect the analog module with PLC, analog output
and input sensor is connected with the module ( module wiring diagram
of course you do not have to worry about this ) . When the pass on the
power after the current value of the module automatically detects the
sensor and then convert it to digital, you calculate a formula based on
its slope slope table , so you can know the current value of the
temperature or pressure .
If so then what is the analog output
module output ? Is a need to convert digital or specific value or
quantity of modules and digital output is the same as an electric signal
?
The same output is a voltage or current signal wiring PLC Plc logic controllers relationship
with you , then the output current is the current line , then the line
voltage is the output voltage. Temperature can be equipped with PT100,
if needed pressure with pressure transmitter (4-20mA output ) , then
select the range to be based on the meter .
What is the analog of the PLC are the same, as long as the project based on the amount of data can be transformed .
In
addition , many of the instruments have a communication function or
frequency output, which could save an AD module connection is also
convenient.
